Nadia Combs and her husband have lived in Hillsborough County for 32 years, raising and caring for two children, two dogs, and two cats.
Nadia is passionate about ensuring every student has the right to an enriching education. As a former Hillsborough public school teacher and a current mother of two children who attend Hillsborough schools, she understands the intricacies of District 1 and channels her energy into giving back to her community.
Dr. Jeff Holness is a long-time community leader and educator.
Dr. Jeff has worked diligently throughout his life to serve others and his community. He has been an active lead educator in Broward County for many years, working for over 20 years as a teacher and assistant principal designee for Broward County Schools.
Schools he has taught within Broward County schools:
- Walter C. Young Middle,
- Apollo Middle,
- Lyons Creek Middle,
- and several Broward County community schools.
